Terms of Service
Copyright and Ownership

All media (photos, videos, virtual tours, etc.) produced by Friendly Street Media are copyrighted and exclusively owned by Friendly Street Media. Copyright is not transferred to clients.
Standard Real Estate Use
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the media solely to market the property for which it was commissioned. Acceptable use includes MLS listings, flyers, social media posts, and related platforms.

Only final, delivered media may be used. Alteration of any kind is prohibited, including virtual staging, day-to-dusk edits, or the addition or removal of elements. Clients may request professional editing services directly from Friendly Street Media.

Media may not be used to promote the client’s business, brand, or services outside of that listing, nor may it be reused after the listing agreement ends. Social media posts falling under acceptable use may remain online indefinitely.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their team members, vendors, or affiliated marketing personnel comply with these licensing terms.

We request that clients credit Friendly Street Media when sharing our media online, and tag our accounts where appropriate. On Instagram and Facebook, tagging us as a collaborator is especially appreciated.

Transfer and Reuse
Media may not be transferred, sublicensed, or sold to another agent or party. If a listing changes representation, the new agent must contact Friendly Street Media to request a license.
If a paying client relists the same unsold property, continued use of the original media is permitted. However, we strongly recommend updated media if the originals are more than 12 months old.
Commercial and Extended Use
Any use beyond standard real estate listing promotion requires an extended license. This includes use by landlords, builders, stagers, designers, architects, or developers for rental listings, portfolios, websites, signage, or any other ongoing marketing. Licensing fees may apply.
Payment Terms
Payment is required before any media may be downloaded or used. Exceptions may be granted at our discretion upon request. Use of media without payment, or outside the scope of the granted license, constitutes copyright infringement. Unauthorized use will require immediate removal. Continued misuse may result in legal action.
